Unless specifically stated otherwise, Startup Services to include:

Verification of site and equipment readiness for operation, tightness  of electrical terminations, fan set screws, equipment rotation  direction, damper operation, belt alignment and tension, sensor  operation, testing and verifying component operation in all required  modes. Programming of setpoints, fan speeds and occupancy schedule when  provided (if info is NOT provided, then programming will be left at  default conditions).

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Startup Services DO NOT include:

Refrigerant, installation of field installed sensors and sensor  wiring, power and communication wiring, pneumatic sensor tubing, system  installation issues (outside air hoods, insulation, curbs etc),  verification of air flow values, BAS integration and programming, system  commissioning and owner training.

Repairs required to correct manufacturing errors and defects or field  installation errors typically are NOT considered part of startup or  warranty and may require adjustments to agreed upon price.
